NACC Events developed out of Newton Abbot Cycling Club. We organised our
first race in 1993 a cross country event at Ashcombe Valley near Exeter. Our
first downhill event was in August 1994 also at Ashcombe and was called the
"Onabike Cup". The Onabike cup is still contested each year , the trophy
reads like a who is who of Southern Downhilling. We believe it is the
longest running downhill race in the country. For information on last years
event please

Back to Basics!
-
NACC are a Newton Abbot,
Devon based event promoters. From 2001-2006 we organised the British National Downhill
Series and in 2006 The Fat Face sponsored National Mountain Bike Championships and a series of downhill races
in our native South West England.
For 2007 and 2008 we will be promoting a new South West
series of races, including the return of the very popular Onabike Stage Races.
As well as organising our own races we will also be providing event
logistics and timing services to other race organisers, including the BUSA
championships, THE Irish NPS and others.
- We are really looking forward to organising more relaxed events
where people are competing for fun and the love of the sport. The good
thing is we can now do this with the type of infrastructure we invested
in for the NPS. Like TAG Heuer timing with live score board and GPS
start Clock, Full PA system, finish gantry etc
